- Please don't go MIA after confirming of items .
- Tell me at the enquiry board once you have e-mail me .
- Contact numbers will only be given after orders are confirmed .
- No backing out once order is confirmed.
- I don't hesitate to blacklist people if you back out at the last moment.
- I don't entertain dead buyers .
- No hand-phone, no deal.
 -DO NOT ask me to text you when you have not confirmed your orders.
- Please only order if you're 100% interested in the items .
- Bidding will occured when 2 or more buyers are interested in one items.
- Goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable .  
- Items are non-negotiable .
- Trades/Swaps only happened when we initiated the swaps/trades.

- Prices of all items are none negotiable.

                                                           Payment
- Please pay only by Singapore currency (SGD).
- Payment to be made together with collection.(instocks)
- I do not do bank transfer .
- Please bring exact amount for payment as i am not sure whether i have chnage for you .
- If you are bringing inexact amount , please tell me beforehand so that i can prepare the change for you .

                                                           Meet-up
- I only do meet up's at certain places .Refer to the Meet-ups for more info .
- Please don't be late for meet-ups, there will be charges after 10 minutes of waiting.
- If you're unable to come for meet-up or will be late, please inform me 3 hours beforehand .
- If you're late , i will charge 50cents per minute .
- I will go after 30 mins of waiting .


And lastly , I do not do trades
